Jason Torres Altman provides evaluation support to entities providing advocacy for, policy support for and programming in K-12 public schools, extension services, and community development. Since his career began in 2002, in all project work he emphasizes elevating the voices of the most affected, and often least empowered stakeholders as well as deeply considering nuance and context at the local level.
